 About Aries:

Our Corporate Services are led by Maureen and Henry - certified personal & group fitness trainers with over 30 years of combined experience in performance, health & fitness coaching.  Maureen has over 20 years of corporate background and holds leadership certificates from Queen Executive College, Rapport International Leadership and college education in  Management Studies.Henry’s education is multi-faceted in massage, nursing, boxing/mixed martial arts and general human body & mind wellness & development.   

Studies show and common sense tells us that providing a healthy work environment and encouraging wellness in a workplace results in employee loyalty, higher productivity, less absenteeism and a most of all a happy place to be! Small, simple steps can be made to encourage wellness in an organization and our passion is help you make them part of your culture.

Our Corporate Wellness Services:

• Lunch & Learns: One to three hour sessions at your location. Sessions can include: work ergonomics, work related stretching and posture, general health related topics (nutrition, food, exercise), workout sessions, self massage techniques, body composition

• Team Building: Take time to build your team, increase communication and have some fun! Team building can take form in one of our 1/2 day or full day retreats, or, during a lunch time.

• 1/2 Day Retreats: Guided nature excursions, Kayaking, Walking/running clinics, Yoga, or combination. 

• Full Day Retreats: Mix any sessions of interest and add a healthly lunch. We can do these at our resort, your location or an off site outdoor location. 

• Massage Day @ Work.  We come to you and offer 20 minute chair massage to each employee and education on posture and breathing. 

• Discount Personal Wellness Services: Offer your employees a discount on all Aries Wellness sessions: Small group and personal training, Martial Arts / Personal defense coaching (All Levels), Breathing / Relaxation / Stretching / Energy classes, Lifestyle of Wellness & Happiness Consults, Fitness & Body Composition Assessment and more!

Whether it is time for the leaders to get away from the office to relax as well as  focus on strategic planning, or, a well deserved getaway for the employees. We offer you the perfect mountain getaway to make it happen.

Customer Service and Effective Communication Workshops

1-3 hour session: Take time to focus on the service you are giving to your customers.  Effective communication equals great customer service. Our sessions involve both lecturing and group breakout sessions where your employees will put what they learn to the test. While these sessions involve serious, proven techniques we make sure they are fun and motivating.

Corporate Holiday Celebrations!

The December holiday season is when we take time to thank our employees, rest and celebrate. Let us be the background for the perfect winter celebration and BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY PARTY NOW!
