Henry knows my strengths and weaknesses and always manages to get me to work harder than I thought I could. I like the variety of exercises I have learned and the advice on food and lifestyle have been very helpful. Much more then we expected from a bed and breakfast! Found these guys in B&B Association pamphlet on the ferry to Balfour and decided to give them a try... What a treat it was! Pity we had only two days left in our vacation we could spend here... Besides being fantastic hosts both of them are wellness coaches and everything at Aries breathes health. Delicious and healthy food, fantastic property overlooking the lake and backing onto crown land wilderness. There is a creek on their property that Aries's water comes from... Probably the cleanest and most alive water we've ever drank. Rooms are huge, freshly and tastefully renovated, views are grand and you do get a feeling after a short while that you are at home amongst good friends and... it's not easy to leave...
