Our retreats can be for a single person or small group offering an intimate setting. We have a simple philosophy combining physical activity, contemplation (meditation), nutrition and body work. We will guide the retreat and promise it will be all about You.
Your Retreat includes:
- 5 Nights Accommodation
- Healthy meals
- Wellness Sessions (below)
- Take-home material
- Four hours minimum per day will be directed by your hosts
- Movement: hikes, 'bootcamp' sessions, mixed martial arts workouts, kayaking.
- Yoga: 3 sessions of one to three hours consisting of Yoga, breathing and mediation
- Massage: One full body massage as well as chair and self massage techniques
- Relaxation: meditation, contemplation and conversation.
- Education: healthy eating, general personal health, contemplation, nutrition & food
- Hands on cooking class: Learn great healthy recipes to take home
- Conversation around camp fires and hot tub
- And, of course, time for yourself
