Step away from busy lives and day to day routines to balance, rejuvenate and focus on being Well. 

Our retreats can be for a single person or small group offering an intimate setting.  We have a simple philosophy combining physical activity, contemplation (meditation), nutrition and body work. We will guide the retreat and promise it will be all about You.


Your Retreat includes:  

  • 5 Nights Accommodation
  • Healthy meals
  • Wellness Sessions (below)
  • Take-home material
  • Four hours minimum per day will be directed by your hosts
  • Movement: hikes, 'bootcamp' sessions, mixed martial arts workouts, kayaking.
  • Yoga: 3 sessions of one to three hours consisting of Yoga, breathing and mediation
  • Massage: One full body massage as well as chair and self massage techniques
  • Relaxation: meditation, contemplation and conversation.
  • Education: healthy eating, general personal health, contemplation, nutrition & food
  • Hands on cooking class: Learn great healthy recipes to take home
  • Conversation around camp fires and hot tub
  • And, of course, time for yourself
